Prices shown are per apartment per day. The price does not include the charge for final cleaning and the local tourist tax of € 2.10 per person per day (for age 14 upwards), which are payable separately on site.
Discounts and supplements
- Additional guests:
supplement of € 20.00 for each extra person in the apartment.
- Additional room:
supplement of € 50.00 for 2 adults in an additional double room
- Short stays of up to 4 days: supplement payable
- Breakfast: € 30.00 per basket
- Final cleaning: two bedroom apartment - € 30.00 | three-bedroom and four-bedroom apartments - € 40.00
- Pets: dogs on request/with supplement: € 8 per day (final cleaning included)
Booking conditions
Deposit
We require a deposit of € 200.00. to confirm your reservation. The balance must be paid on site, in cash or by debit card.
Cancellations
- For cancellations from six weeks to three weeks prior of your arrival date: we retain the deposit, but make no additional charge.
- For cancellations less than three weeks before arrival: 70% of the total price
- Late arrival or early departure: 100% of the total price
- In the event of early departure, you will still be charged for the remaining days.
